Importing recipes
From the web, Instagram or paper
Your own digital cookbook without retyping anything. Lusk pulls the parts that matter out of a link or a photo — ingredients and method.
Ways to import
- Web links: Paste the address, or use Share in your browser and pick Lusk. Adverts and the long story about how the recipe came to be are discarded.
- Instagram: On a post or reel, tap Share → Lusk. The recipe is read from the caption, so it only works for posts that actually write the method out — not ones where it is only spoken in the video.
- YouTube: Paste a link to a recipe video.
- Photo or text: Photograph a handwritten recipe or a cookbook page, or just paste text from the clipboard.
TikTok import is not supported yet.
If you import a link someone else already added, you get your own copy — their original stays untouched.
